Melis Umut
Melis Umut has a Ph.D. from Stony Brook University. She has M.A. degrees in Visual Arts and Cultural Analysis and Theory. Her research interests include representations in film and popular culture, body politics, psychoanalysis, affect theory, abjection, performance studies, disability, and sickness narratives.
