katerina Zibrova is an independent scholar and practitioner in DE&I, Ph.D. in Psychology, and founder of a diversity consulting initiative: “Bridging Differences” for non-professionals and professionals. She creates a model of teaching diversity, which includes three main elements: identity, mindfulness, and dialog. This model lies on the base of her diversity consulting initiative. Ekaterina has been invited to the Wits Centre for Diversity Studies, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, to study diversity skills that are sensitive to the local and regional context.
