David Pesetsky
is Ferrari P. Ward Professor of Modern Languages and Linguistics, and Margaret MacVicar Faculty Fellow at MIT. He has worked extensive on theoretical syntax, including topics of WH-movement, linearization, the minimalist Agree system, Russian syntax and morphology and many other topics. His monographs include Russian Case Morphology and the Syntactic Categories (2013, MIT Press), Phrasal Movement and is Kin (2000, MIT Press) and Zero Syntax (1996, MIT Press) He holds a PhD in Linguistics from MIT.
