Aleksandra Podolnikova
She graduated from Saint Petersburg University (High School of Journalism and Mass Communications) with a BA degree in journalism and Saint Petersburg State Institute of Film and Television with a MA in cinema. Worked for various media including Novaya Gazeta and non-governmental projects supporting LGBTQ+ people. Now working for a Russian feminist media called Burning Hut. Here she’s mostly in charge of films and pop cultural trends (and sometimes ecological issues). Recently, she paritcipated in the online Oxford School of Climate Change. Also working as a screenwriter, her second movie is in post-production.
